Caesarea Industrial & Business Park 26.11.2003Forum "water and environment" of the "Israel Water Association" organized a conference that dealt with issues of desalination of sea water and brackish water. During the conference, attorney Tzvi Levinson has lectured on legal aspects of desalination. His talk related to the distinctions between the legislation applicable to the sea and the legislation applicable to water resources, the environmental permits and licenses, the disposal of waste from desalination plants and corporate officers responsibility.
