Laboratory Tests for Compliance with the RoHS Directive

Israel Standards Institute organized symposium on laboratory methods for testing products in accordance with the RoHS Directive. The seminar was held about a month before the Directive will enter into force in EU countries. As part of the seminar attorney Gil Dror was invited to talk on the legal aspects of the laboratory tests required for implementation of the directive. In his lecture, he took the points related to the range of laboratory testing required and how the data that will be obtained from the laboratory can serve manufacturers to comply with the legislation.
