Land Transportation of Hazardous Substances

Advocate Gil Dror talked about the legal aspects of inland conveying of hazardous substances. The lectures gave reference to land transport of hazardous materials by rail and by road. Also reviewed the permits, licenses and discussed aspects of management responsibility.
