Administration, Economy and Sustainability in the Water Sector
Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya 30.12.2015The School of Sustainability organized the symposium in which attorney Tzvi Levinson was invited to lecture on the enactment of sewage and effluents in Israel. In his lecture he did a legal analysis of Public Health Ordinanace Regulations (Effluent Quality Standards and Wastewater Treatment Rules) in comparison to the usual basic principles of environmental legislation carried out in a comprehensive vision.
