"Green Blue White" Vol. 29
Tzvi Levinson & Tal Tzafrir, Adv. December 1999

Only recently have the waste streams of medical institutions been regulated under the People's Health Regulations (Waste Treatment in Medical Institutions) 1997. This article describes the provisions governing the disposal practices apllicable to each of the 4 types of waste identified by the Regulations: Ordinary waste; Infectious waste; Hazardous Medical waste; and biological remains.
