Transportation of Hazardous Substances

For the purpose of engaging in the area of transport of dangerous substances a business license granted by the licensing authority under the Business licensing Law is required.
Under the Business Licensing Law corporate officers carry the overall responsibility for compliance with the instructions and conditions set in the license. Thus in case of non-compliance, company officers may face charges for environmental misconduct in general or for infringement of the licensing law in particular, irrespective of whether they are directly responsible for the issue in question.
In the present article we refer to corporations that carry hazardous substances and the obligations under the business license and to other broader relations, which applies to business license issues.
