The Necessary Permits and Licences for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road

The field of carriage of dangerous goods by road has become a field asking for extensive knowledge. Apparently, the only legislation regulating it are the "Transportation Services Law - 1997" and the "Transportation Services Regulations – 2001", but effectively there are also other laws involved according to which permits and licences have to be obtained in order to transport dangerous goods.
The requirements of the Israeli law are a complex cluster of permits and licenses that the article reviews. To meet the legal requirements the one who intends to transport dangerous goods is obliged to obtain all the permits and licences relevant for his business.
