Environmental measurements used in Israel and around the globe, are fundamentally based on high technology and scientific devices. Such testing hold legal implications. Although appear simple, environmental testing require a high level of experience and proficiency. Yet, the outcomes of environmental testing are also examined by court through various criteria other than technological or scientific implications. Such criteria’s are reviewed by this article.
