Gil Dror lectured at the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership EUROMED international conference on the legal aspects of desalination plants, including the relevant legislation on sea pollution prevention, air pollution, energy, hazardous materials and permits that are needed for the operation of the plant – e.g. business licensing. He also discussed the legal exposure for the plant management deriving from desalination for the purpose of drinking water.
