Environmental Aspects in Real Estate Contracts - Seminar for Lawyers and Accountants
Carmel Forest Resort, Haifa 26 - 27.12.2008As part of a seminar that dealt with issues of land and property, attorney Levinson talk about aspects of environmental law pertaining to land contracts. His lecture dealt with aspects that have significant implications for seller - buyer relations and third parties. Among other things, he discussed the issues of soil pollution, due diligence and the inclusion of preliminary soil tests needed in such contracts.
